Two appeals are involved in this action: (1) defendants appeal from that portion of an interlocutory order of divorce wherein the court ratified and confirmed a stipulation, made in open court by the parties through their counsel, purporting to effect a division of community property; and (2) defendants subsequent appeal from an order denying her motion for modification of the interlocutory order and for vacation of the property settlement agreement. The two appeals were combined and consolidated for hearing and disposition by this court.
